After giving birth to eight babies, Kate Gosselin is ready to show off her bikini body on the new cover of PEOPLE.

The reality TV mom admits that now that her children are all in school, she has more time to exercise and is "the most fit I've ever been."

"I've worked really hard! Haven't I earned the right, at this point, to look good?" she says.

In the interview, the 'Kate Plus 8' star admits to having a tummy tuck after the birth of her sextuplets, but denies those botox and breast implant rumors, saying all she's done is eat healthier and purchase a great push-up bra. Flaunting her body is just another way to show ex-husband Jon Gosselin what he's missing out on.

So--eight babies and no tummy tuck? No boob job? No hair extensions.  Nothing with the help of suction and a scalpel.  Look at her body, people.  Do you believe she's had no work done?  If you do, have another donut and a martini, and wax your way into a coma.  This woman is a piece of work.
